Develop your unique leadership style by leveraging your network, gaining practical decision-making tools, and harnessing everyday moments for impact.

No two leaders are the same. Each will have a unique approach and authentic style. The Women’s Leadership Program: Leading Teams from Yale School of Management Executive Education gives you the tools to leverage your unique leadership capabilities. Over six weeks, you’ll focus on three cornerstones of effective leadership: decision-making, networks, and everyday leadership moments. You’ll also equip yourself with practical approaches and tools, such as the Vroom-Yetton-Jago model, to enhance your existing skill set.

This online program combines live sessions and the opportunity to engage with a global network of women leaders as you explore the future of work from a woman’s perspective. Under the guidance of expert faculty and thought leaders, you’ll gain the skills and strategies to combine your existing capabilities with newly discovered strategies for influencing and leading teams.

Yale SOM Executive Education offers multiple online, on-campus, and live-online women’s leadership programs. This program is a natural continuation of the Women’s Leadership Online Program. Each can be taken independently, as a stand alone program, but they also build on each other to offer a holistic approach to leadership.
